Dear Sunnydale Families,

 

I am so excited to join the Sunnydale School community as your Assistant Principal. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve our students and families and to become a part of this community. I look forward to building meaningful relationships and being a supportive presence for our students, staff, and families throughout the school year.

 

Throughout my journey in education, I have discovered how much I value helping students make connections, build confidence, and see themselves as capable learners. My experiences as an educator led me into school administration, where I have continued to grow as a leader and advocate for equity, opportunity, and academic success for all students.

 

At the core of who I am as an educator is my belief that relationships come first. I believe students need to know that the adults in their school see them, believe in them, and care about who they are beyond the classroom. My hope is to help foster a school culture where students feel a strong sense of belonging and where they are encouraged to grow both academically and socially-emotionally.

 

I am excited to become part of the Sunnydale family and to build genuine partnerships with you along the way. Your voice and involvement are an important part of creating a positive experience for our students. Please feel comfortable reaching out, sharing your thoughts, asking questions, and getting to know me. I believe the best schools are built when we work together with a shared commitment to our students.
